We want you to love your Doll 10 Beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the beauty products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
